What is e-ville / who is behind e-ville?
The online shop e-ville was founded in 2006, and focuses on providing consumer service items at low prices. We aim to be the friendliest store with great customer service. How does e-vill maintain low prices?
The affordability of e-ville is based on several factors. One of the most important factors is the proximity to Asia, allowing us to purchase products in bulk without intermediaries, minimizing costs.
We work directly with our manufacturers and conduct audits in factories, ensuring that working conditions are effective both in the control of quality and work ethic. As such, we conducted our own routine quality inspections to guarantee consumers the best products possible.

I have a discount code / coupon - How can I use it?
You can use the discount code whilst in the shopping cart. Under the summary of your products, you will see a field where you may enter the discount code. Note that usually you can only use one code per order.
Can I get a discount if I order items?
We offer discounts depending on the product and if you intend to buy more than 10 pieces. For more information, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
Do I have to declare and pay VAT?
All shipments sent into the European Union; either Finland, Spain or other European member countries go through the customs. Please note that orders less than € 22.00 are tax-free. I can not pay my order or shipping charges - What to do?
Have you tried the following?
- Use another browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer).
- Delete the cookies from your browser.
- Use another method of payment (either PayPal or Credit Card).
Otherwise, check that you have not received any charge payable to "e-ville" in your bank statement, if it was loaded, attach a copy of your bank statement showing the charges and attach a screenshot showing the error given in our system and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the delivery time for orders?
Products purchased with a discount coupon have a period of approximately 4 weeks shipping, while general orders placed on our store have shipping times of 2-3 weeks. You should receive an email with a tracking number once your package has left our office. Depending on your local postal service, if you are not present at the shipping address specified when the order is delivered, the postman will leave a note for you pick up the package at your nearest post office.

I have not yet received my item, why?
Normally packages can take 1-3 weeks to arrive in the destination country. If you have a tracking code/number, you can track your package to know the current location. Holidays in China, Hong Kong or in your locality can affect delivery times. If you suspect that your shipment is lost in transit, please contact our customer service.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel orders by logging into your account on our website, under "Order History". If your order has been processed for shipment, you must contact our customer service at email@example.com.
I've inputted the wrong delivery address, how do I change it?
Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately informing them of the error and provide them with the correct information. Once your order has been shipped, any details may not be amended or modified.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All our products are guaranteed unless otherwise indicated. All items come with a 30 day money back.guarantee Typically, the warranty covers a period of 3 to 12 months, depending on the product. During the warranty period, you can contact our customer service for a replacement or to request repairing, provided that the cause of the damage was not due to negligence or misuse of the device.
I suspect that my product is defective, what to do?
If you suspect you have received a defective product, whether it be a manufacturing defect or due to rough shipping, please contact our customer service. Let us know at what point did you realize the problem and how the product is defective. Please note that we can assist in a more efficient manner if the information given is complete.
