Contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@e-ville.hk and let us know which product or products you would be interested in. Also inform us on the quantity that you would be willing to order and how you would like us to deliver the order. We can deliver orders to both single and separate adresses across the country.

Discount codes are commonly distributed in our newsletters, on Facebook and Twitter and as rewards for new product ideas, corrections, suggestions and hints given to us..

 Has child labor been used in manufacturing your products?

Even though E-ville strives to offer consumers the cheapest prices available, these prices can not be the result of poor working conditions or use of child labor. We actively observe and visit our suppliers to ensure that they offer their workers adequate facilites and pay for their work and that they do not use children to manufacture their products or force their employees to work excessive hours. Do your products have warranty and if so, how does it work?

Every product description should have information about a product specific warranty and its duration separately. In case of a defect, always contact our customer service about the matter before mailing it to our returns unit. Generally the warranty at E-ville works so that the customer is first asked to mail us the defect product. Once E-ville has received the return delivery, we will send the customer a new product. The customer is expected to pay the shipping back to avoid unnecessary warranty claims by using the cheapest possible shipping method. The amount is credited back to the customer after E-ville receives has received the product. In order to receive the payment for the shipping, the customer should also include their IBAN/account number or PayPal-account information. More detailed information about the warranty and case-specific information you can receive from our customer service. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This warranty does not cover damage occurring from and not limited to accidents, alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable or proper maintenance, corrosion, improper assembly, repairs improperly performed or replacement parts improperly installed, modifications not recommended or approved by E-ville. 

 


 

How can you sell your products so cheap? Are your products copies?

Online store E-ville offers small electronics paired up with low prices. The reason for this is simple: Where traditional stores might might have several parties in between the end user and the factory with each of the parties taking their share of the profits, we at E-ville buy directly from the producers or wholesalers in large quantities and sell the products directly to the end users. We strive to expand our selection of products constantly. You can help us by sending us email of your product- or development ideas to our customer service. We tend to reward active involvement or good development ideas!

 

 

 

About delivery and after sales service

 

I want to cancel or change my order, how should I act?

All our products have a 14 day refund period beginning from the arrival of the product where our customers have the right to send the product back to E-ville for a full refund. In case of a return, always contact our customer service about the matter before mailing it to our returns unit. Remember to mention your order number as well as your contact information and IBAN/account number or PayPal-account information. The shipment back is to be done using the cheapest method available and will be refunded to the customer once E-ville receives the shipment. 

If you have encountered a defect, remember to mention this in your email to avoid unnecessary returns and misunderstandings.

If you want to cancel or change your order before the product is shipped, immediately contact our customer service. Use the title "Change to my order" in your email so we can process your request faster and still change the shipment before it is sent.

 

 

 

My package still has not arrived even though I paid my order 10 days ago. Should I be concerned?
No need to worry. There can be numerous reasons for a delay in delivery including public holidays or problems with air traffic both of which can delay the delivery of the order. In case you do not receive your order within two weeks of receiving an email confirming the shipment of your product, please contact our

customer service.

I ordered several products but only one of them arrived today?

If our warehouse is temporarily out of stock of a certain product or if the product is large in size, the system will automatically divide the order into multiple orders so that easier or available products can be shipped as soon as possible. This has probably happened also with your order. Mail from Hong Kong to other countries takes time and travels great distances and is handled by multiple parties so it is more than likely that your separate orders will not arrive on the same day. The remaining products are likely to arrive within a few days. However, if you do not receive your order within 15 days of receiving an email confirming the shipment of your product, please contact our customer service.
