What happens next?
1. Our fullfilment team receives orders every weekday morning.
2. The majority of orders are handled immediately, although in rare cases it may take one to three working days. You will receive an automatic email indicating that your order has been shipped. Please note that some items have longer handling times. These include some Groupon type orders. Please refer to the product page for more details (if any).
3. You can always check your "my account" section regarding the status of your order. In the same section you can check how many loyalty points you have. You can convert your loyalty points to cash vouchers any time to get discounts at e-ville.com.
