Digi Electronics Ltd (e-ville.com) is a Finnish owned, Hong Kong based company. The Company operates the e-ville.com online store.

The Customer is responsible for the authenticity of personal information given at the time of order. The Customer has to present his/her first name, last name, street address (including number), postal code, city, state if any and country as well as a valid email address for correspondence. If Customer is a minor (in most countries under 18 years old) he/she has to make the order together with his/her custodian. We are not responsible for errors occurring in payment and reserves the right to refuse shipment in case discrepancies in payment are found.
2. Payment and Delivery Terms
Your order will be handled once payment has been received. Exceptions include orders made using a third party billing service. You may complete your purchase via a variety of payment options, which include:

You can pay with either your local Debit/ Credit card by using Paypal, or you can use your Paypal account funds to complete your order. No registration is required when paying with your Debit/ Credit card.
You as our customer have the option to complete your order by paying via bank transfer. Simply select this method at checkout, and you will be given further instruction at the payment page. You will need to manually wire us the stated sum of money. Once payment has been cleared and accepted, your order wil be processed and shipped.
4. Delivery time
Normal order handling time is 1-4 working days. Shipping lead time varies between countries and is on average 5-15 days, so in total ordering time takes between 2 to 3 weeks. Exceptions include campaign specific items, and items that are purchased via third parties, such as Groupon.
e-ville.com takes no responsibility of delays caused by third parties (e.g. airline strike, customs etc.)
All items purchased from e-ville.com have 30 day money back guarantee starting from the day the Customer receives the package. The item being returned has to be unscratched, the item and its package has to be in a re-sellable condition and has to contain the same content as when shipped to you.
In such a situation it is the customer's responsibility to always contact the e-ville.com customer service team via email first before sending any items back. Our contact information can be found on our contact page.
We reserve the right to charge the customer a fee for any return made without our prior consent, or for a returned package of which instructions have not been followed.
Items may have a product specific warranty period. If an item is broken during its warranty period, you as the customer are to contact our customer service immediately for repair or replacement. The warranty period is displayed on each product description separately. The warranty period starts at the time of delivery.
You are to carefully evaluate the condition of the item before returning the item. All items returned during the warranty period are tested by us prior to being resent to the factory. In case a described fault is not found, we reserves the right to claim a fee from the customer.
Goods purchased from e-ville.com have to be used according to the user manuals, taking all precautions and recommendations into consideration. If the product has been broken due to improper use,natural disasters or general negligence, the warranty does not apply.
Electronic products are always to be used in conjunction with grounded power plugs. Any kind of tuning or modification of the product for the purpose of increasing its performance leads to the warranty expiring.
e-ville.com will never accept P.O.D./cash-on-delivery shipments sent to us.
e-ville.com is not responsible for any incompatibilities between products bought from e-ville.com and products purchased elsewhere unless stated otherwise.
7. Validity of the information
Information on e-ville.com is subject to change without prior notice. e-ville.com is not liable for any compensation caused by possible differences in information presented in our web store.
8. Force Majeure
e-ville.com retains the right to cancel the purchase if there has been a mistake in pricing or if its supplier is unable to deliver the ordered goods within reasonable time. A reasonable time is, as stated in the guideline of e-commerce, 30 days.
e-ville.com is headquatered in Hong Kong and is the property of the Finnish owned company Digital Electronics Limited. All our prices are exclusive of any VAT, other taxes, or duties that might occur in your particular country. It is the duty of the buyer to be aware of the current and specific guidelines regarding such matters in their country to which an order has been shipped. We are not responisible for any extra charges or taxes applied to your order.
