Q: When will i receive my Groupon item?

A: Groupon items take approximately 4 weeks to ship

 

Q: I have my tracking code...Where do I track it?

A: You can track your order at: http://www.17track.net/IndexEn.htm

 

Q: How do I redeem my Groupon voucher?

A: First add the item to your shopping cart. Then input the voucher to the required field on the checkout page to redeem the voucher and click "add". Make sure quantity is correct. Then input your personal information and choose your preferred delivery method. Remember to choose the free shipping and no insurance option.

 

Q:  Do you provide customer service in other languages?

A: Unfortunately we only have customer service in English, Sweedish, and Finnish

 

Q: Where are our products made?

A: Most of our products are made in China, although some are made elsewhere.

 

Q: There's something wrong with my product, what do I do?

A: If possible, please take a photo and email customerservice@e-ville.com describing the issue

 

Q: My groupon voucher is expired! What do I do?

A: If your voucher starts with GR contact us, if it doesn't contact Groupon and request a voucher extention.

 

Q: Do I have to redeem my voucher in your store?

A: If your voucher does not start with the code "GR" there is no need for redemption in our store, otherwise, you do.
